Jesus made it clear to His apostles that they were to make disciples of all nations by baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything that He commanded them. (Matthew 28:18-20) At the heart of being a Christian is the learning and obeying Christ's teachings as given to us through His apostles (that is, the Bible). This is why Bible study is essential to every local congregation. 

 

At MSBC, we offer many opportunities to study the Scriptures together. These begin Sunday mornings at 9 am for children and adults, and they continue throughout the week. At present, we have three Bible Study groups that meet with the Pastor in the church office during the week. Anyone is welcome to jump in at any time. However, please call or e-mail ahead to be sure that the class will be meeting. (These continue throughout the year, but break when Pastor John is away). We also have home bible groups that meet off and on during the year. Please let us know if you would be interested in either hosting or attending.
